Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Another gluten free/Passover friendly dessert that requires no substitutions: chocolate peanut butter truffles.

If there's anything bad about chocolate and peanut butter together, I haven't figured it out...except that maybe they're better with an extra pinch of sea salt.

Step 1: Make peanut mixer filling using ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and an electric mixer--easy peasy.

I used a basic peanut butter truffle recipe for these. Super simple, seriously.

Step 2: Roll pieces into little balls with your hands and dip 'em in chocolate (or roll in sprinkles or cocoa powder instead if you don't want to deal with the mess of melting chocolate). Sprinkle a bit of sea salt or drizzle contrasting colored chocolate over the top for some extra pizazz.

Tip: chill the filling (in the fridge, or, if you're impatient like me, in the freezer) before balling and dipping in chocolate to make it MUCH easier to work with.

Step 3: Chill those truffles in the fridge for a bit.

Step 4: Instantly become the coolest person at the party when you bring HOMEMADE TRUFFLES.
